  1. 当施設のチェックイン時間は15時〜22時までとなっております。チェックアウトは10時です。
  2. 一度チェックインして頂ければその後の門限はございませんが、深夜に外出・入室される方は同室のお客様、また近隣の方々のご迷惑とならないよう、お願いいたします。
  3. 手荷物等はお客様自身でお部屋までお運びいただくようご協力お願いいたします。
  4. レンタル品はチェックアウト時に返却お願い致します。

  2. After checking in, our hostel will be open 24 hours for you. However, please don’t disturb other guests when you come in or out from your dormitory or room during the middle of the night.

施設利用案内

  1. 無料Wifi/各フロアにWifiがあるためお部屋でもご利用頂けます。
  2. 喫煙は、正面玄関と裏口に備えられた灰皿のある場所をご利用ください。喫煙スペース以外での喫煙は禁止です。
  3. ドミトリールームの消灯時間は22時です。
  4. シャワールームは、２階に用意しており２４時間使用可能です。
  5. コインランドリーは、２階に用意しており２４時間使用可能です。
  6. 共用ラウンジは、1階にご用意(7時〜23時まで)しております。
  7. ペット不可。

Facility Guide

  1. Free wifi is available not only in the café and lounge but also in the dormitory and guest rooms.
  2. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in this facility. There are smoking areas with ash trays at the side of the main entrance and back door.
  3. Dormitory lights will be turned off at 10:00 p.m.
  4. Shower booths are available 24 hours on the second floor.
  5. Coin laundry machines are available 24 hours on the second floor.
  6. Lounge is on the first floor and available from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m.
  7. No pets are allowed.

  1. Cleaning/maintenance hours are from 10:00 to15:00 everyday, please be aware that our staff will enter dormitory/guest rooms during these hours.
  2. Valuables should be kept at your own responsibility.
  3. Any damages inside the facility caused by guest(s) are to be claimed and reimbursed by the guest(s).

初めてゲストハウスを利用しますが女性1人でも大丈夫ですか？ I am planning to stay at a hostel for the first time. Is it safe for a female to stay at a hostel alone?

ドミトリーはカーテンで仕切ってありますが、男女共用です。個室（1部屋6,000円より）もありますので、宜しければご利用ください。 Beds are separated by a curtain but shared among males and females. If you prefer to stay by yourself, private rooms are available from 6,000 yen per night.

小さい子供を連れて宿泊できますか？ Can I stay at your hostel with small kid(s)?

当ゲストハウスではお部屋毎にチャイルドポリシーを定めております。ドミトリールームは18歳以上からご宿泊可能です。個室は0歳からご宿泊可能です。お子様のご宿泊は6歳以上から宿泊人数として勘定し、お布団のご準備を致します。6歳未満のお子様は無料・保護者様の布団に添い寝していただきます。 We have a child policy per each room. People who are 18 years old and older can stay in our dormitory. There is no age restriction for our guest rooms, however, kids over 6 years old are counted as a guest and a futon set will be allocated. Kids under 6 are not counted as a guest and a futon set will be shared with an adult.

お部屋に鍵が無いようですが、お部屋に貴重品を置いていても大丈夫ですか？ There seems to be no key for a guest room. Is it safe to leave valuables in the room?

各部屋はチェックイン時にお知らせするパスコードにて入室して頂きます。共用スペースに貴重品ボックス（有料）をご用意していますのでご利用ください。 You will enter your room by entering a passcode which you will when you check-in. You may keep the valuables in the safety box provided in the shared space.

お食事は食べられますか？ Are meals served at your hostel?

午前7：30より午後11時まで（午後10時ラスト・オーダー）１Fのカフェにて有料でお食事を提供していますのでぜひご利用ください。 Meals are served at the café on the 1F from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (last order is 10:00 p.m.) and are not included in the accommodation fee.

消灯時間は何時ですか？ What time will the lights be turned off in the dormitory?

ドミトリーの消灯は午後1０時になります。 The dormitory room lights will be turned off at 10:00 p.m.

門限はありますか？ Is there any closing time or curfew at the hostel?

パスコードで開錠できますので24時間出入り可能で、門限はございません。 No, there is no closing time or curfew. You can unlock the entrance key with a passcode 24 hours.

チェックイン前・チェックイン後に荷物を預かってもらえますか？ Can I deposit my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

はい、9:00～22:00の間でしたら可能です。フロントまでお声かけください。 Yes you can, between 9:00 to 22:00. Please ask at the front desk.

駐車場はありますか？ Are parking spots available?

はい、８台分ございます。先着順にて無料でご利用いただけます。もし満車の場合は、近隣の有料パーキングをご利用ください。 Yes, there are eight parking spots on a first-come first serve basis that are free of charge. When they are full, please park your car in other parking areas. The other parking areas may have a fee.

ドミトリールームの貸切利用はできますか？ Can I rent the whole dormitory room?

グループ貸切利用は２泊以上からお受付致します。人数にかかわらず（最大16名）一律料金にてご利用いただけます。基本的にお一人様でのご利用を優先とさせていただいておりますので、複数名でのご利用は個室をご検討くださいますようお願いいたします。 Yes. We accept reservations for the whole dormitory room as long as it is for at least two nights. Reservations for the whole dormitory room are at a fixed price no matter how many (maximum 16 guests) guests stay. We prioritize an individual stays in the dormitory room. Please consider a large guest room (maximum 6 people in a room) for a group stay.

チェックイン時間は何時ですか？ What time is check-in?

チェックインは午後３時～午後11時となっています。それより前の時間帯でも荷物をお預かりできます。チェックインが午後11時をすぎる場合は事前にご相談下さい。 Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You can deposit your luggage before checking-in. Please inform us beforehand if your check-in time will be after 11:00 p.m.

チェックアウト時間は何時ですか？ What is your check-out time?

チェックアウトは午前10時までとなっております。チェックアウト後のお荷物のお預かりも承りますのでお気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。 Our check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We can keep your luggage after check-out as well. Please ask at the front desk.

予約はいつからできますか？ When can we make a reservation?

ご予約は６ヶ月前から前日までにお願いいたします。また当日でも、お部屋の空き状況などによっては宿泊可能な場合もございますので、是非一度お気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。 We accept reservations from 6 months before your stay to a day before your check-in date. Depending on the room vacancy, you may be able to make a reservation for that day. Please ask us.

共同キッチンはありますか？ Is a shared kitchen available?

共同キッチン、並びに冷蔵庫や電子レンジはございませんので、お食事は当ホステルの1Fカフェ若しくは外部のレストランなどをご利用ください。 There is no shared kitchen, microwave or refrigerator. You may eat at our café on the 1F or at restaurants around the hostel.

温泉はありますか？ Is there a hot spring that I can use?

温泉はございませんが、２Fに4つシャワーブースがあり、24時間いつでもご利用いただけます。温泉をご利用になりたいお客様は、湯田中駅前にある楓湯（入浴料300円）や、当ホステルご宿泊特別価格にて有形文化財の湯田中の名湯“よろづや”をご利用いただけますので、詳細はスタッフにお問い合わせください。 No we don’t have a hot spa in our hostel, however, we have four shower booths on the 2F open for 24 hours. If you are interested in going to a hot spring, you can go to “Kaede-yu”,located at Yudanaka station (300 yen per person) or to “Yorodu-ya”, one of the most famous hot springs and cultural areas in Yudanaka.. “Yorodu-ya” is available for our guests use at a special price. Please ask for details at the front desk.

タオルはありますか？ Are towels available?

バスタオル200円／枚、フェイスタオル100円／枚でレンタルしております。 Yes, we rent bath towels for 200 yen each and face towels for 100 yen. Should you wish to rent one, please ask at the front desk.

シャンプー・ボディーソープはありますか？ Are shampoo and body soap available?

はい、シャワールームにシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープを無料でご用意しております。 Yes, each shower booth is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body soap for free of charge.

インターネットは使えますか？ Is internet available?

全館無線LAN（Wi-Fi）があり、無料でご利用いただけます。 Yes, you can access internet anywhere in the facility for free of charge. Please ask for the password at the front desk.

洗濯機、乾燥機はありますか？ Are washing machines and dryers available?

はい２Fにございます。ご利用料は洗濯機一回300円、乾燥機30分100円となります。 洗濯洗剤は100円にてフロントで販売しております。 Yes, they are available for 24 hours on the 2F. It is 300 yen to wash (up to 5 kg of clothes) and 100 yen for 30 minutes use of a dryer. Detergent packages are sold for 100 yen at the front desk.

友人を施設に入れる事ができますか？ Can I invite my friends to the facility?

当ゲストハウスのお客様でない方は、カフェ・ラウンジのみご利用いただけます。ご宿泊されるお客様以外の客室への立ち入りはお断りしております。 Yes, you can invite and meet your friends but only to the lounge or café area on the 1F．No inidivuals without reservations can enter guest rooms or the dormitory.

喫煙はできますか？ Can I smoke in the facility?

当ゲストハウスは全館禁煙です。喫煙される方は、ゲストハウス正面入り口横と裏口横に喫煙スペースがございますのでそちらをご利用ください。 No, smoking is not allowed anywhere in this facility. There are smoking areas with ash trays at the side of the main entrance and back door.

キャンセル料はいつからかかりますか？ What is a cancellation policy?

キャンセル料は以下の通り頂戴いたします。●当日/不泊：宿泊料金の100% ●前日-２日前：宿泊料金の80% ●３-６日前：宿泊料金の50％ ●７-１４日前：宿泊料金の20％ We have a cancellation policy as follows; ●No show and on the day: 100% of an accommodation price ●Two days – one day before: 80% of an accommodation price ●Six – three days before: 50% of an accommodation price ●Fourteen days- seven days: 20% of an accommodation price

荷物を事前に送っておくことはできますか？ Can I send and deposit my luggage beforehand?

以下の条件内でお送り頂ければ、受け取りが可能です。１、スーツケース以下の大きさである。２、食品以外である。また、発送の際には以下の注意事項をお守り下さい。●料金は元払いにてお願いいたします。●宛先にご予約名とチェックイン日をご記入下さい。●できる限りチェックイン当日に荷物が到着するようご指定下さい（※チェックイン日以前にお荷物がご到着した場合、スーツケース等の大きさのものは、預かり1日につき200円がかかります）。お取り引きに関してはチェックインの際にレセプションにてお尋ね下さい。また、発送の際には以下の注意事項をお守り下さい。 Yes but under the conditions below; 1. It is within the size of a large suitcase (76cm x 48cm x 29cm, 30” x 19” x 11”) 2. Contents does not include food. Please be advised following points when you send your luggage. ●Delivery cost to be prepaid. ●Note the reservation name and check-in date in the address column. ●Please specify the delivery date and time on your check-in date (if your luggage arrives before the check-in date, we will charge 200 yen per day for a large suitcase).
